Jayden is 4 years old with cerebral palsy and is from Glenolden, PA. He loves to sing, color and paint, and enjoys watching Paw Patrol and Barney with his Mommy! When Jayden grows up, he would like to be a singer. Jayden has been talking nonstop about meeting Mickey Mouse on his Dream Come Trip to Walt Disney World.
