Briella

Briella (born 7/22/2013), who is diagnosed with Down’s syndrome, loves to run, jump, climb, and explore. She has overcome early abandonment issues, a severe heart condition, and surgery for sleep apnea. Her mom says she is a fearless escape-artist and due to safety concerns and staffing shortages, mom’s Dream for Briella is to attend Aqua-Tots Swim School where she can receive specialized individual swimming and water-safety instruction.

    Our friends decided to adopt a dream this year for Christmas rather than buying each other gifts. We decided to adopt a drean for Briella as she is local to our area and her story is touching. We hope Briella enjoys her swimming lessons!
