Jacob

Meet Jacob. Jacob is 4 years old with eosinophilic esophagitis, diagnosed at a little over 1 year old. Jacob is lovable, intelligent, funny and has an imagination beyond words. Eosinophilic esophagitis is a chronic immune system disease, in which his body does not recognize food as safe. Jacob has a very strict diet, otherwise uses a feeding tube for nutrients. Jacob has had between 15-20 procedures. Currently he is scoped every three months, traveling more than five hours. Jacob loves to use his imagination playing with trains and cars and loves to build. He loves to be outside riding his bike, digging in the dirt, swimming and playing with friends. Jacob loves to watch Paw Patrol and Peppa Pig on television. Jacob says he wants to be a firefighter when he grows up. Jacob Dreams of going on a family trip to LEGOLAND California!!
