Zebadiah

Zebadiah is an eight year old boy diagnosed with hydrocephalus. He was born and orphaned in Ukraine where surgery was not preformed to place a shunt which would have drained the fluid enabling Zebadiah to have lived a normal life. When Zebadiah was adopted at the age of five by his US family, it was too late to perform this surgery, and his head was very large. Because of the size of his head and the fluid that is putting pressure on his brain, he is unable to do many of the things other children his age are able to do. He is developmentally about the age of a three year old and is unable to walk unassisted. He uses a wheelchair for mobility. Zebadiah enjoys life and enjoys people. He chose Disney World as his dream so that he could enjoy being a kid and doing some of the exciting things a kid can do.
