    Caden, born in October of 2014, has been diagnosed with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis which has resulted in right-sided cerebral palsy. Caden’s mom says that his inability to use his right leg and arm doesn’t keep him from getting on the floor to scoot around and play with his cars and trucks, one of his favorite things to do! Caden’s Dream is for a shopping spree for his needs and wants, including new shoes and newer wheelchair upholstery.

    Savannah is a sweet girl who has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, seizure disorder and dysphagia. Savannah is non-verbal, wheelchair bound, and requires total care. Although she is not able to communicate using her voice, you can see the excitement in her eyes and her actions when she sees the things she enjoys. Savannah’s happiness is watching the Disney characters so she would really LOVE to go to Florida to see them. For someone to donate towards or sponsor her trip would be a dream come true!

    Logan (born 4/21/2002) was diagnosed with non-accidental head trauma (Shaken Baby Syndrome) resulting in traumatic brain injury (roughly 80% brain tissue loss), cortical visual impairment, and cerebral palsy. He is wheel chair dependent and g-tube dependent. He has a form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. He has global developmental delays and functions at the age of a toddler. Logan is largely non-verbal. Logan loves to spend time with his family, be outdoors, and go on adventures. He has a huge smile, loves to meet new people, and is always on the go, but he is limited due to his disabilities. Logan’s mom says that his whole life has been nothing but doctors’ appointments, uncertainties, and raising awareness for Shaken Baby Syndrome, and he deserves a chance to just have fun and be a kid. When he grows up, Logan would love to do anything that allows him to be around animals. Logan’s Dream is to visit the FL theme parks, especially Universal Studios, Disney World, and Sea World where he will enjoy his time with his family taking in all of the sounds, colors, and people.

    Adrayanna is 8 years old with cerebral palsy. Addy is a beautiful child who lives life to the fullest and doesn’t let her health get her down. In addition to the cerebral palsy, she has anxiety and muscle spasms, but she doesn’t let this stop her and gives everything she does her all. Addy loves music, anything Disney, animals, playing, and has an imagination and dreams that are as big as the sky. She believes there isn’t anything she can’t do and truly believes in the motto, “If at first you don’t succeed try, try again.” She aspires to be a hospital doctor that delivers babies when she is older. She is the kind of spirit that anyone who meets her, truly adores her. Addy loves watching videos of Disney World on YouTube. Her Dream is to go to the Magic Kingdom as well as Animal Kingdom due to her love of animals!

    Yatzira is 16 years old and is a very brave girl. She was born in Mexico but came to the United States to live in El Paso, Texas at the age of 1 year old where she has grown and studied ever since. Yatzira has had 4 major surgeries because of her medical condition of Cerebral Palsy, which she has faced with great strength and courage. She’s been a good student, very dedicated and responsible. Yatzira wants to be a lab technician and work with other people doing lab work. She will be starting high school soon and is very excited about this new venture. Yatzira dreams of staying in a nice hotel when she goes on her Dream trip to Disney World and shopping in the parks for some great souvenirs.

    Cecilia is a 9 year old third grader from Illinois with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy. She has an identical twin sister named Sophia who is her very best friend. Cecilia wears AFOs and uses a walker and wheelchair to get around, but she is working hard on using crutches to help walk too! She works hard in therapy but she struggles moving her legs right. She has difficulties walking, moving, dressing, and showering. She sometimes feels left out because she can’t run after her friends or play sports the same way. Cecilia loves singing, music, playing on her tablet, playing barbies and horses with her sister, drawing, cooking, and reading. She has always wanted to go Disney to see the princesses who she is convinced are real! She works so hard every single day. She goes through painful procedures and hours of therapy, and never complains. She inspires everyone around her with her drive and contagious smile! She deserves to experience the magic of Disney and that is her Dream – to have a Florida trip that includes a visit to Disney with her family.

    Aiden is a smart, funny and talented 8 year old boy from NH with cerebral palsy. He was diagnosed at 1 1/2 years old and has undergone approximately 10-12 surgeries since. Last summer, he had a complete reconstructive surgery on both hips and both feet to help him walk more independently. Aiden is currently learning to re-walk and adjust his gait. Aiden is in 3rd grade and enjoys reading, drawing, sports, and anything that has a motor and goes fast! He has been on the waiting list since October 2014, and he is looking forward to being able to go on his special trip with his mom and step dad.
