Milen
Milen was born with spina bifida. Milen loves to laugh with his mom and sister and also really likes going to school to learn new things. His favorite things to do are to build things with Legos and to play on his Math app. Milen has been through a lot of surgeries but says he is a normal kid who loves all the super heroes, especially Batman and Spiderman. Milen wants to be a karate teacher when he grows up. He says, “It is so much fun and anyone can do it, even me!” Milen’s Dream is to go to Florida to visit the theme parks where his favorite heroes live and where there are beaches, pools, and even a Lego hotel. His hope is to meet Batman or Spiderman in person.

Our real estate team selected a different charity each month to make a donation. We found the Sunshine Foundation and discovered that 4 children in our state had Dreams. We decided to divide up our donation for all 4 and you, Milen, are one of them! We hope you get to visit the Florida theme parks (and beaches) soon!

This donation is in honor of a good friend, Jerry Souder. We will be celebrating his last birthday today, as he is on hospice. Jerry has always been a kind and giving person and this gift is to honor him with kindness to Milen who sounds like a fine young man.
